Terms of engagement

These terms govern enquiries and paid engagements with Proxy Vertex Grid (“we”, “us”) for onboarding flow measurement and related professional services for consumer mobile apps. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a proposal, you agree to these terms.

Parties and services

We provide human-delivered measurement studies, observation sittings, reviews, workshops, and remeasurement as described on this website and in your written proposal. We do not sell software seats, payment processing, or app store distribution.

Acceptance

A binding engagement begins when you accept our written proposal (including fee, scope, and window dates) and pay any required deposit. Website descriptions are informational; the proposal controls if there is a conflict.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate product context, lawful access to builds or recordings, and authority to share materials used in the study. You remain responsible for your app’s compliance with privacy, consumer, and app-store rules.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your app, trademarks, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered report and readout materials inside your organisation. We retain our methods, templates, and anonymised process knowledge. You must not republish our reports as if they were your original research without attribution agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public product information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public. We may reference anonymised patterns in our journal only when no client or app can be identified, unless you permit a named story.

Fees and taxes

Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are payable on the schedule in the proposal. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Late unpaid balances may pause scheduled windows.

Limitation of liability

Our work is professional advice and observation. We do not guarantee particular retention, conversion, or store-ranking outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost install volume.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for new enquiries. Active proposals already accepted remain on the terms attached to that proposal.
