We use enquiry data to respond to you and prepare proposals (contractual steps / legitimate interests). We use engagement materials to perform the measurement study you commissioned (contract). We use limited analytics cookies only if you accept them (consent). We may retain invoices and contracts to meet Malaysian tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are typically deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Contracts, invoices, and final reports are retained for at least seven years where accounting rules require, or longer if a dispute is open. Cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on our cookies page.

Processors and transfers
